Third Sector Consulting provides ‘hands-on’
capacity building projects, including, but not limited to:
- Support for new and existing GiftWorks clients, by a GiftWorks Certified Professional:
- Design and customisation of database, installation
and training of staff
- Cleaning of existing data to improve integrity
- Data migration/import from current system
- Refresher training for new staff or training on new
modules
- Assistance with major upgrades
(i.e., GiftWorks 2006
to 2008, future versions)
- On-going or advanced training to maximize your
Giftworks experience
- Fundraising plans, volunteer management and tracking
- General financial/administrative consulting
- Review of administrative systems and recommendations
for streamlining processes, especially those relating to
data capture necessary for databases and/or financial
reporting
- Recommendations for improving financial reports to
facilitate decision-making
- Development of related Policies and Procedures
- Financial modeling, forecasts, annual budgets
